Singapore – Every online seller knows that there will always come a time for ridiculous requests from customers. Ms. Alvina Lee experienced a situation that fits into that category when she was demanded to bubble wrap an order of 2 angpaos worth S$1.

It would seem like a joke, but the customer was dead serious in expecting her order to be bubble wrapped. Ms. Alvina shared her story via two Facebooks posts placed in SG Online Shopping – Singapore’s Largest Buy & Sell Network group.

She posts:

Ms. Arabelle blames the seller for the reason bubble wrap cannot be offered.

But Ms. Arabelle was not done yet. She starts asking for a refund when she received the two envelopes because they were “damaged” when in reality, the edge got creased.

Ms. Arabelle considers an envelope to be “sooo thin and breakable” which is why it merits bubble wrap.

Ms. Arabelle and Alvina go into a long conversation wherein the former even insulted the latter to use her brain and think twice or thrice.

Ms. Arabelle then starts asking how many items Ms. Alvina has sold.

When Ms. Alvina answers that she is a respected seller, somehow Ms. Arabelle sees it as an arrogant gesture and comments “so proud” directed to Ms. Alvina. She will even pray for Ms. Alvina.
