Woman dangles from HDB parapet as Bukit Panjang block resident holds on to her

A 24-year-old woman was seen dangling from the railing of a high floor at Block 241 Bukit Panjang Ring Road yesterday morning as a female resident of the block held on to her.

Footage of the dangerous stunt showed the woman walking on the ledge before crossing over to a smaller ledge, then dangling over the railing before she was rescued.

The Singapore Police Force has confirmed that they responded to the incident around 8am yesterday. The woman was pulled to safety by two members of the public and police officers.
