As an actor, he displayed range, such as showcasing his knack for comedy, acing the action sequences, and articulating the emotions of his role with ease.

Seo Kang Jun has a funny and romantic side to him, as evident in Undercover High School. In Are You Human, Too?, we get to see this side as well. He plays Nam Shin, the son of an elite family. After an accident, he falls into a coma. A robot that looks like him was created by his mother. It learns the human mannerisms of Nam Shin and replaces him in the real world. In Undercover High School, Jin Ji Koo plays Korean history teacher Oh Soo Ah, who missed her childhood crush. In Come and Hug Me, she plays an actress named Jae Yi, who is unable to forget her tragic past. She is tied by the chains of their traumatic past with childhood sweetheart Chae Do Jin (Jang Ki Yong).
