Scarlett Johansson, who starred in Avengers:Endgame has topped the list of the world’s highest paid actress for the second year in a row.
According to Forbes, the Black Widow star earned $56 million between June 1, 2018 and June 1, 2019.
Part of that includes her fee for signing up for a solo Marvel movie and it also includes the $35million cut she got from the success of Endgame.
The Top 10 list looks a little different form last year’s list with Emma Stone, Jennifer Lawrence and Angelina Jolie knocked out of the running and with more TV stars coming in to rake in the big bucks.
Sofia Vergara of Modern Family fame is still TV’s highest paid actress and she comes in second place in the overall list, earning $44.1 million over the last year.
Reese Witherspoon makes it onto the metaphorical podium with $35 million.
Nicole Kidman who co-stars with Reese in Big Little Lies earned $34 million while Jennifer Aniston is in fifth place earning $28 million.
Kaley Cuoca earned $25 million for her final year on The Big Bang Theory so it’ll be interesting to see where she ends up on the list next year.
Despite The Big Bang Theory’s having ended, Kaley’s lined up with her next live-action role and she’s voicing Harley Quinn in an animated DC series.
