Nintendo Pop-Up Store to open in Singapore

SINGAPORE: In an exciting announcement, the Nintendo Pop-Up Store Singapore is launching for a limited time, marking its debut in Southeast Asia. Scheduled to open its doors from Nov 17, 2023, to Jan 1, 2024, this much-anticipated store will be situated at Changi Airport.

The Nintendo Pop-Up Store promises an array of merchandise featuring beloved game franchises, including Super Mario, Animal Crossing, The Legend of Zelda, Splatoon, and Pikmin. What’s particularly thrilling for fans is that many of these items were previously exclusive to Nintendo Stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, Japan. Additionally, more original merchandise is expected to be unveiled as the store’s launch date approaches.

Nintendo will offer six types of exclusively designed postcards to celebrate the store’s grand opening.

Shoppers spending S$80 or more in a single transaction will be eligible to receive one of these limited-edition postcards, available while stocks last.

Nintendo Account Check-In Sticker Campaign

For avid fans visiting the store, an exclusive campaign awaits. Visitors can collect special stickers commemorating this extraordinary event by checking in to their Nintendo Account. Each person can check in once per day, with up to 18 different sticker designs randomly distributed.

To redeem these stickers, shoppers must log into their registered Nintendo Account, check in at the store’s entrance via the provided QR code on a tablet device, and get the sticker from on-ground staff.

Nintendo Collab with Super Mario

Nintendo has an additional treat in store for fans. A collaboration campaign with Super Mario, called the “Pipe Around the World” campaign, will run alongside the Pop-Up Store in Singapore. While specific details about the campaign in Singapore are yet to be disclosed, it promises to add an extra layer of excitement to the overall experience.
