Singapore — Madam Ho Ching, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s wife, uploaded a photo of a man at an unidentified airport dressed in bright green attire, a pink headdress, and pink shoes, prompting responses from netizens.

The said Facebook post was uploaded on Nov 29 with the caption “The latest variant arriving? Keep safe!” garnering 138 comments and 111 shares.

Singapore — A man who began having sexual relations with his girlfriend’s underaged daughter, leading to her pregnancy, was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment and six strokes of the cane on Monday (Nov 29).

The man, 29, was reported to have been a father figure to the 14-year-old yet eventually fathered her child in a “disturbing twist of events.”

MOH issues POFMA correction order to Cheah Kit Sun, Goh Meng Seng for false claims that COVID-19 vaccines are dangerous & deadly

Singapore — The Ministry of Health (MOH) issued correction notices under the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POFMA) to author Cheah Kit Sun and opposition politician Goh Meng Seng on Monday (Nov 29) for “falsely” claiming that Covid-19 vaccines were dangerous and leading to more deaths.

MOH announced on Monday that there were “false and misleading” statements about Covid-19 vaccines in a blog post by Mr Cheah titled “Do Not Participate In A Society that Rejects You”, published on Oct 20, 2021.

Woman allegedly breastfeeds cat aboard flight, cat was screaming for its life!

As if there aren’t enough shocking things in the world today, a woman was allegedly seen breastfeeding her cat on a recent flight in the United States.

What makes the incident more bizarre is that when she was asked to stop and put the cat back in its carrier, the woman refused.

Singapore — Two travellers from South Africa in a transit flight through Singapore tested positive for the new Omicron Covid-19 variant in Sydney.

In its daily Covid-19 update Monday (Nov 29), the Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that two travellers who arrived in Sydney from southern Africa on Singapore Airlines SQ211 on Nov 28 had tested positive for the Omicron variant of concern.
