Singapore — It just may be the most heartwarming post ever on the COMPLAINT SINGAPORE Facebook group. In fact, it may just be the ultimate anti-complaint.

On Tuesday morning (Feb 1), Ms Sabrina Nasir wrote, “This is not a complaint but rather a service that deserves a commendable shout-out… Waited quite some time for the order to arrive but upon receiving the order, it was so heartwarming to find an extra plastic hanged at our gate with oranges and a sweet note.”

Oranges are the traditional fruit during this season, as they are believed to bring wealth because of their golden colour.

When their bubble tea order from KOI Thé Express – Waterway Point arrived, it came with this heartwarming gesture. Not only that, there was a special New Year’s “sweet note” from the driver.

The rider, who signed his name as Grab Partner Muhammad, wrote, “Happy Lunar New Year to you & family. Hope the rising Sun brings bundles of joy, happiness, and luck. Stay safe, stay strong, and take care. Thank you for the support.”

Moved by the truly random act of kindness, Ms Nasir ended her post with well wishes not just for the man who brought their order, but for all delivery riders.

“May the rider and all other delivery riders be blessed with abundance of wealth and blessings for going the extra mile and working hard for your family.

Take care, stay safe and God bless.”

Ms Nasir also shared screenshots of their order, the bag of oranges with the note, along with a photo of rider Muhammad.

Netizens gave some 800+ love & likes in response to the post. /TISG
