Other Facebook users compared the incident to how ANA baggage handlers treated their passengers’ luggage a few weeks ago.

Facebook user Nihongo Wakaranai posted a video of two ANA ground staff unloading luggage from a flight at Chubu Centrair International Airport in Nagoya, Japan. “Caught on film at the airport in Japan shows how the Japanese really treat your suitcase… often better than yourself,” he wrote.

Social media users praised the baggage handlers for showing respect to the passengers’ belongings and for taking pride in their work. Others said the handlers were displaying good, caring service for other airlines’  baggage handlers to follow.
