Bisexual, gay, straight or Chinese? They are just born that way

The picture of a form which asks for the sexual orientation of the person filling it and lists Chinese as one of the options, has been making its rounds in Reddit.
Some Reditters have claimed that it is not a real form but has been created just for fun. It has however drawn hilarious comments in that forum.
