In partnership with JTC, Echelon Asia Summit 2017, originally June 28-29 only, adds a third day of programmes to a power-packed line up of speakers and content.
For the first time ever in conjunction with Echelon Asia Summit, JTC is co-organising a third-day programm:e Networking & Exclusive Access @ LaunchPad. The Networking & Exclusive Access @ LaunchPad is in place to showcase the startup ecosystem in Singapore and create a platform to engage and expose startups to a wider audience for investment and partnership opportunities. This event will be the first in the interact.think @ one-north series, where JTC has worked with partners from one-north and beyond to curate a calendar of industry events designed to create networking and business opportunities for one-northers.

Attendees will be able to secure themselves a spot to a scrumptious spread of local delights, go through a workshop on Megatrends, a facilitated networking session and also gain exclusive access to policy makers, grant consultants, industry advisors and potential investors.

The workshop on Megatrends, and the facilitated networking session will be conducted by Mark Koh, Associate Director (loT & Big Data, APAC) at Frost & Sullivan. Megatrends are transformative, global forces that define the future world with their far reaching sustainable impact on business, societies, economies, cultures and personal lives.
Participants can look forward to learning more about megatrends in tehcnology including mobility, O2O, urbanisation, infrastructure development and more, and devise a future-first solution to these megatrends by working with fellow entrepreneurs, corporates and VCs as part of the facilitated networking session.

JTC LaunchPad @ one-north
Opened in 2015, JTC LaunchPad @ one-north offers a vibrant and nurturing environment for startups and incubators in the biomedical sciences, infocomm, media, cleantech, electronics and engineering industries. The 6.5-hectare site, located within one-north, provides startups close proximity to multi-disciplinary R&D environment which includes knowledge-based companies, institutes of higher learning and research institutes that are at the forefront of innovation.
Home to about 800 startups and 50 enablers today, JTC LaunchPad @ one-north comprises Blocks 71, 73, 79, as well as the recently completed Blocks 75, 77 and 81. It is currently about 90% occupied. With the addition of two more blocks, Blk 67 and 69, these eight blocks will offer 56,000 sqm of plug and play space, and will have the potential to house up to 1,200 startups and 60 enablers.
