Fight at adidas Singapore – Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu "Blank Canvas"

A fight broke out at adidas Originals Pacific Plaza in Singapore during the drop of Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu Trail "Blank Canvas" this morning

Posted by The PLAYBOOK on Thursday, 22 February 2018

The exclusive collection of apparel and footwear, entitled the Hu Holi Blank Canvas collection – was set to launch at the Adidas Originals store at the mall at 8am. Eager shoppers could only purchase one piece and one pair of shoes per customer from the range of products that retail from $230 to $380.

Police officers reportedly responded to the fight but the fight was ultimately contained by security personnel. No injuries were reported.

This is not the first time shoppers have been disgruntled over an Adidas collection launch at the same mall. Customers registered their dissatisfaction over the chaotic crowd at the mall in November 2016 when Adidas launched a limited edition range of footwear, made in collaboration with Bathing Ape.
