Homeinns Co. is a Chinese hotel brand that operates a string of hospitality chains in China, and it is the model Nida Rooms CEO Kaneswaran Avili is hoping to replicate in Southeast Asia.

Nida Rooms is using a lease-and-operate method to consolidate independently owned hotels under one brand. The idea is it helps build a benchmark for quality so customers know a Nida Room hotel means it meets a certain standard of service and cleanliness.
