Live worms found in fried fish from Nasi Lemak stall in Changi Village

A video of several worms wriggling within a fried fish that was allegedly bought from a Nasi Lemak stall at Changi Village has been circulating online.

In the video, a man can be heard saying that the fish is from a Nasi Lemak stall at Changi Village.

This is the second time in 2 days that Nasi Lemak stalls at Changi Village have made headlines.

We reported yesterday that Changi Village’s famous Nasi Lemak stall, Mizzy Corner Nasi Lemak, will be closed for “one to two” weeks for repairs after it caught fire yesterday morning. A lone employee was preparing chilli sauce at about 5am when a fire broke out from the kitchen stove.

The fire was put out by members of the public using a fire extinguisher. The employee escaped unharmed and no others were injured.
