Female manager eavesdrops on a female staff’s conversationss, steals her ideas and constantly focuses only on her

After a woman joined a new company earlier this year, she found that her female manager was behaving rather strangely, to the point where she felt compelled to write about it online, asking others for advice.

In her anonymous post on popular Facebook page SGWhispers, the woman wrote that she encountered “unusual behaviour from female manager”. She added that she started working for a new company at the beginning of the year and that it was her manager who wanted to work with her.

In her post on Friday (Jun 24), she wrote that she once caught her manager eavesdropping on her conversation with another colleague at work for an important task they had to perform. And since her manager refused to help her, she ended up having to seek assistance from those in another department.

The netizen added that her manager will go as far as even stealing her ideas openly. Feeling singled out, she wrote that her manager constantly focused on her even though other employees were doing personal activities during work hours.

Frustrated, the netizen wrote: “I don’t understand why she is doing all these strange things. Can anybody explain her behaviour, please? Thanks in advance”.
