Domino Pizza customer amazed with his chicken cheeseburger pizza that came with no chicken in it

SINGAPORE — A Domino’s Pizza customer was pleasantly surprised to receive his order of Cheeseburger Chicken Pizza without chicken.

On top of the missing key ingredient, the photos provided by the customer portrayed a stark difference between expectations from the menu and the reality of what was received.

A Facebook group Complaint Singapore member said on Wednesday (Dec 14) that he ordered from the Domino’s Pizza Holland Drive outlet.

“I was pleasantly surprised that their chicken cheeseburger pizza does not come with chicken. The sauce also tastes horrible. Saw them having some promo on it but save your trouble and please skip this,” said the disappointed customer.

Here is a photo of the Cheeseburger Chicken pizza on the official Domino’s Pizza Singapore Facebook page:

Netizens agreed that the actual pizza was unappetizing. “Good grief, I would have rejected the pizza on the spot,” wrote Facebook user Jeremy Tan while netizen Teo J Wanista said the menu photo was “too good to be true.”

Facebook user Rozita Zainal wondered if the usual pizza maker of the outlet was on medical leave. The pizzas “are so different. Like anyhow do.”

The Independent Singapore has reached out to Domino’s Pizza for a statement and will update the article accordingly. /TISG
