In a photo that has gone viral, a female student of Gan Eng Seng School was seen climbing over the wall and fence. The photo shared on Instagram page @singaporeviralsg on Friday (Oct 15) was circulated on social media. Gan Eng Seng School is a co-educational secondary school in Bukit Merah, Singapore.

Singapore ― In response to the delay in transferring Covid-19 cases from Westlite Jalan Tukang dormitory to care or recovery facilities, members of the public wondered why the foreign workers weren’t vaccinated.

Officers from the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) Forward Assurance and Support Teams (FAST) were deployed to the dormitory on Wednesday (Oct 13), following claims from an online article published on Weixin regarding breaches of Covid-19 health protocols, poor quality of catered food and lack of access to medical assistance for the workers.

Singapore ― A woman was spotted making a scene in Chinatown after she was not allowed to dine in due to her alleged incomplete vaccination status.

Facebook page Singapore Incidents posted a video on Saturday (Oct 16) with the caption, “Not fully vaccinated Grandma making a scene after being refused to dine in at Chinatown.”

Singapore — Has the country turned the corner in battling the increase of Covid infections? Madam Ho Ching, the wife of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, seems to think so.

In a Monday morning (Oct 18) Facebook post, she wrote, “Well done, folks!

We are getting there – we are beginning to change the trajectory of the increases in new cases.”
