The People’s Action Party (PAP) and Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) will be holding their first rallies for the Bukit Batok by-election on Friday (29 Apr).
The PAP will hold its rally at Bukit Gombak Stadium, while SDP will hold its rally at the field along Bukit Batok Industrial Park A, said a police press release on Thursday (Apr 28).
The permits are for 7pm to 10pm, police added. Meanwhile Yahoo Singapore reported that commuters at Bukit Batok MRT station were taking turns to take a picture with the secretary-general of the SDP.
