Police have arrested 2 men for spreading rumours of Jurong Point kidnap

The Police have said that they have arrested 2 men for circulating false information about an alleged child kidnap at Jurong Point Shopping Centre. The Police clarified that the information is not true. There were no reports made to the police of a child kidnapping incident.

The Police further urged members of the public not to spread unsubstantiated information which may cause public alarm. Anyone who knowingly spread false information to mislead the public will be dealt with appropriately, the Police warned.Follow us on Social Media
