Roads.sg yesterday shared the first video clip of a woman being knocked by a bus. It credited the dashcam video clip to Taxi Uncle 有话说. The incident happened yesterday (15 Oct) at about 2.50pm along Balestier Road. The clip showed the woman and a man crossing the road without properly looking out for oncoming traffic when the incident happened.

Singapore Civil Defence Force confirmed that a female Indian in her 40s was conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in a conscious state. Several Facebook users commenting on the
video claimed that the injured woman was a tourist from India, and that she was due to fly back home with her husband on the day of the accident.

Several others expressed shock that the man who was crossing the road with the injured woman moved her (with the help of another) to the side of the road in the manner that he did.
