Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong is no stranger to comparisons between himself and Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, especially when it comes to age.

On his recent holiday in Langkawi, the 77-year old amused netizens by sharing rather playful photos on his Facebook page ‘MParader’.

In a post yesterday, ESM Goh shared a picture of himself on what looked to be a speedboat, with a parasail in the background, that was captioned: “My grand-children have a stouter heart ❤ than mine. I sat this out because I want to be around at 92. — gct”.

This is not the first time that ESM Goh has alluded to Dr Mahathir’s age, seeming to express admiration for the latter’s age at every opportune moment.

ESM Goh’s facebook post led to netizens very enthusiastically suggesting that ESM Goh might follow in Dr Mahathir’s footsteps to be re-elected as Prime Minister at age 92 as well.
