Facebook page beh Chia Lor shared a video clip of a car hitting a motorbike which was changing lane at the Jalan Bukit Merah – Alexandra Road junction. The Page credited the clip to Amos Lee and said that the accident happened today at 8.02am.

Driver of SGR2091X has been reported to the Singapore Police Force for hit and run at the junction of Jalan Bukit Merah/Alexandra Rd this morning 20 March 2017 at 8.02am.Thanks to the gentleman and camcar driver for stopping to render assistance to the injured rider, who was ferried to hospital in an ambulance.(Video Credit: Amos Lee)

The video clip showed the motorbike hitting the back of a van which was on the left lane and the rider falling. The driver of the car SGR2091X paused, but did not stop after hitting the motorbike. The video showed a pedestrian walking over to help the motorbike.

The Page said that the driver of the car which captured the accident in his dashcam also rendered help to the rider and that he was ferried to hospital in an ambulance. A police report has been made.
