The South China Morning Post said on Wednesday the new U.S. security adviser is willing to risk a military conflict with China to achieve President ’s goals for America.

The Post said this was revealed to them by two former senior US officials.

Bolton joined the White House turning it an increasingly hawkish administration that is willing to go to war at all cost – over Syria currently – and soon North Korea and China.

Former officials who worked with Bolton said in interviews to the Post the latter believed in the ancient Roman battle philosophy: “If you want peace, prepare for war”, and would use military force to coerce compliance from China.
