3 HDB flats in mature estates sold for over $900K in February

According to recent caveats lodged, 3 HDB flats in mature estates have been sold in February for over $900,000.
A five-year-old, 94 sqm, high floor unit in the central area fetched the highest price. The flat at 1B Cantonment Road transacted at $938,000 on Feb 26.
On the same date, the most expensive flat transaction in Bedok happened. A 146sqm executive apartment in Bedok changed hands for $935,000. The unit at 108 Lengkong Tiga that was completed in 1989.
Meanwhile on Feb 24 a 117sqm DBSS flat at 9 Boon Keng Road was sold for $928,000. The 5-room unit is located within 400m from Boon Keng MRT station. Excluding terrace-type housing unit, this sale is the most expensive flat transaction in Kallang/Whampoa area.Follow us on Social Media
