If street parties with a whole lotta tasty eats and great tunes are your thing, save the date for foodpanda’s Bites & Vibes festival, happening for the second year in a row on Sunday, September 1, at Amoy Street.
Put the ultimate summer smash on your calendars—foodpanda, in cooperation with Sunshine Nation and the leading lifestyle and F&B brands of Singapore, brings back Bites & Vibes after last year’s block party was a rousing success, with 7,000 attendees who came for the grub, the sounds and the party vibes.
It’s party time!
First of all, put your hands together for the folks at foodpanda, who have kept many a hungry tummy fed and watered with their handy food delivery service. Secondly, let’s revel in the fact that Bites & Vibes is a free-entry event, and there are no age restrictions, so everyone’s welcome to join the party.
It’s going down on September 1—we’re talking a massive block party chock full of fun—live music, DJs, family-friendly games, and even wellness activities to partake of.
Foodpanda’s sustainability mission ensures that Bites & Vibes will continue to be a plastic-free, minimalist waste event.
Eat, drink and be merry
This year, Bites & Vibes is proud to present an array of delightful delicacies and delicious dishes, all for your gastronomical pleasure.
25 Degrees Singapore will be there, flaunting their classic burger. If you’re craving Mexican, check out Chico Loco, or get your fried chicken fix from Chix Hot Chicken.
Stop by Sarnies for some great breakfasts and coffee. Babasan (also known as Uncle Kiisu) will be there serving up modern Asian dishes, and for the vegetarians in the house, halal restaurant Fill a Pita will be ready to delight with their fresh eats.
If you don’t want to fill up on big dishes, go for bits and bites bursting with flavour at Don Ho, Kinara and Kult Kafe.
The Acai Collective will also be present, ready to dish out bowls of healthy goodness!
Get some drinks (it is a party, after all!)—Ginett Singapore, William Grant & Sons and Asia Pacific Brewery will be shaking up cocktails and prepping beverages all day—and groove to the beats.
The beats to keep the party going
Speaking of the beats—they’re going to be sick. Indie bands Bakers in Space and Stopgap will be ready to rock in the main stage. Don’t miss the R&B sets by globe-trotting DJ Heffny, who’s played gigs from Singapore to Sydney, and Los Angeles to Bali. DJ Orio, James Selva and KiDG will keep people groovin’ all day with steady beats.
Games, workouts and more
It’s not just about the eats and beats at this year’s Bites & Vibes outdoor festival.
Get a sweat on with a free Sunday workout from Athlete-Lab Singapore and BalletBody (sign up here if you’re keen for some weekend exercise).
The whole family will definitely not run out of things to do, with games like Giant Jenga, Connect 4, Ring Toss and Cornhole Toss around.
Spin the Wheel, foodpanda’s raffle, will be there taunting party-goers with the chance to win loads of presents, from picnic blankets to digital cameras!
You’ve gotta be there!
With the irresistible combination of great food, chill sounds and fun and games for all, Bites & Vibes 2019 is the summer party you’ve been needing for a while now.
